1. Certificates are easy to get and don't mean people will work with Scrum as they are supposed to

2. Purely exchanging systems is a perfect recipe for failure. Waterfal mindset is different than agile.

3. Leadership is still enrooted in command and control style

4. It's not about Scrum. It's about any agile framework in use with an rigid mindset instead of a value-driven one
