Division labor is a taylorism mindset.

I've been in scenarios of several Scrum Teams and we were efficient by not having Product Managers telling Product Owners what not to do. I call it adding by subtracting.

SAFe combats complexity by adding more of it. Scrum combats complexity with simplicity. I understand that some people cannot understand simplicity because it seems not to be enough. Still, I stick to simplicity because I've seen many fruitful teams by not having the complexities and heaviness that SAFe brings within.
