what we realized was simple, we were making our lives more complicated. We denied reality. We thought we were not the problem but in reality our lack of collaboration was the issue.

To move from a complex workflow to a simple one requires trust. The team may get lost without the boundaries but if one trust the other, we can figure out how best to work together.
