thanks for sharing your thoughts. I can connect with them, and I do agree that a bad implementation is better than nothing at all. Yet, what scares me is the resistance to inspect and adapt and to renounce power.

Organizations tend to perceive Scrum as a process and therefore stop evaluating how to improve. Once all roles and Scrum events are set, nobody cares and teams end up trapped.

I long for more sincerity and openness from top management.
