Hey Scott,

I am not against Jira. My point is that we should define how we work instead of letting the tool shape us. I've worked with Jira, Trello, Asana, Plan.io, etc. Any of them could let do the job I wanted. The tricky part is focusing on using the tool to increase performance instead of getting in the way of collaboration.
