I talked to car dealers to understand why they placed a bit or why they didn't react. By doing that it became clear what drove their actions, they wanted to feel secure the car was good for them and didn't have problems, and to provide this, I needed to understand what a "good" car his. After a round of interviews, we adapted how we inspected the cars and bit by bit the engagement increased.
