Hi Regis Mcgarry,

I also used to think that scope matters, but now I think differently. The scope is mutable because we should focus on the goal. Once we set a goal, we can vary the scope on the way as it is needed.

If we insist on keeping the scope immutable, we miss the point. We should embrace the change. As we learn more, we can change the scope as needed. However, it’s vital to have a goal clearly defined. Otherwise, everything can be arguably relevant.
