Hi Silvia,

I feel your pain. My recommendation is always bring the cost of not speaking to the right people. When I find myself speaking to proxies, I make it sure this is a sub-optimal way of creating value and I insist on talking to the business stakeholders, have workshops, and ensure clarity. Otherwise, matching their expectations becomes hardly achievable.

My suggestion is: transparency and persistence.
