I am with you.

The challenge is massive. Until the focus in on revenue, shareholders, investors, and others, teams become locked into a feature factory.

Many times I miss the purpose. Companies exist to serve the customer; not the shareholder. Yet, often this order is inverted. When customers love our products, they become loyal to us, and consequently everyone else can benefit from it. The challenge is that it takes time, and in a world of impatient people, that is a dauting challenge.
