I can feel your challenge, I've accumulated hybrid roles for a while. From my learning, in the beginning, do it yourself and as the team get used to it, tell them, you would appreciate if someone else could moderate next time, that would help you take a different perspective.

I'm quite surprised by how devs can run retros well when they are encouraged to do so. Just give them the chance and offer help with the preparation if needed. Inspect and Adapt :)
