My experience taught me the power of leading by context and the damage that command and control causes. I do my best to help teams benefit from this, but it's a long journey and not something that happens from day to night.

Companies are more willing to embrace small experiences instead of disrupting how they currently work. As results are convincing, comapanies would be more open to scale it up but not before. I believe that happens because of our loss aversion.
