I care if companies say they do Scrum and once you land there, you realize is a fake agile implementation.

I don't think patience, understanding, and humility are enough to get there. You must have a change of mindset from the leadership. Agile requires cultural change. That's why many implementations fail, companies want a process to deliver more output and not a way of speed up the learning time.
