I have a different perspective. I hope some old fashion ways evaporate, e.g., tailorism, command & control, silos and so on.

In my opinion, it's never about getting stuff done, it's always about delivering value. Getting stuff done has no connection with doing the right thing.

What I miss is empowerment and trust from top management. Until that happens, we are all locked in a trap.
