I like the initiative Carlos! Thanks for sharing it. However, I cannot fully connect your Manifesto because it's extensive and prescriptive. For me, it looked more process oriented than strenghtning the mindset.

Although what I can see the sense on what you've shared, I didn't feel connected to it.
