I perceive many aspects slowing down product management. Two stand out to me:

- Lack of leadership skill

- Misunderstanding of product management discipline

Many people land in product management roles unprepared, e.g., someone gets a PSPO certificate and suddenly becomes a Product Owner.

There's a lot to change, and I hope to contribute to it.
