I think the Scrum Master was successful because we went on a journey and became a stronger team. What I didn't realize was how much we had grown as a team, and therefore didn't understand the passiveness of our Scrum Master.

For me, a great Scrum Master meets the team one step ahead of them, and take them step by step on a journey.
