I understand you.

Too often people misinterpret Agile as doing more stuff faster.

What they miss is that Agile is about creating value faster, a different game.

I like doing agile without talking about it. The one thing that needs to happen is the "a-ha moment." For example:

- Iteration showing something shouldn't be built

- Stop doing something and nobody complains about it

- Uncover something nobody knew by confronting reality faster
