I wrote "May be" because I wanted the readers to take their own conclusions. I think I took a clear stand, I perceive SAFe as an undercover waterfall agent. The main reason for that is putting people in boxes and establishing processes is far from being agile. A true agile framework empowers people instead of limiting.

Still, great people can help organizations working with SAFe by implementing good practices correctly. I believe OKRs are powerful. But SAFe is too limiting to unleash the maximum capacity of teams.
