If Product Owners are giving CRUD requests to the team, that's a failure from the begininng.

What I meant by knowing what to share and what not to is different. As a Product Owner, you should provide clarity to the team, where to go, what to reach, and how to measure success. Yet, you should ensure you don't overwhelm the team with noise by creating distractions to what matters most.

I don't mean about being task-driven. This is a massive mistake from many Product Owners, we are not building features, we should be solving problems.
