I'm not afraid of looking at SAFe's chart. I am afraid a lot of people are wasting their time doing so. I understood long ago that SAFe is far from being agile.

Scrum fails in most organizations because the leadership is dysfunctional. No framework can solve such problems. Organizations frist have to become functional, then choose how they work.

Putting people inside boxes like SAFe does is not the solution.
