My point is clear. There's no common knowledge and command and control mindset is outdated.

Rigid mindset = strive to avoid errors, creating more process. As a consequence, people color inside the lines and innovation disappears.

Value driven mindset = accept our lack of knowledge and empower people to uncover the unknonwn and create opportunities to innovate.
