Interesting thoughts.

I can relate to some of them. One thing I noticed is Scrum Teams falling into a delivery mode and ignoring discovery. Sprints don't have to fit everything at once. Learning should be part of the journey too.

I don't claim Scrum is a silver bullet for everything. But I'm annoyed with poor Scrum implementation because teams miss many chances of doing their work better.
