Isn't it convenient to say that Scrum is wrong? Companies have often the same set of complaints. There are many fundamentally wrong with leadership and mindset, difficult to correct results.

I truly don't care if one uses Scrum or whatever. What I care is how empowered teams are. Frameworks are means to and end.
