It doesn't matter the size of the company. The product is built for the customers and not for the company.

If teams don't have chances of empathizing with their end-users, they will inevitably build unfitting solutions to the users needs.

Big companies can reduce the focus of product teams and still empower them to do what is right for the user while generating business value. I don't see this chance with SAFe.
