My perspective is that Scrum certificate doesn't mean people can do Scrum, at best, it means they understand the framework.

The certificate is incredibly easy to get compared to others. For example, if you try to get a Java certificate, you have to prepare yourself a lot. While you can get a Scrum certificate by attending a two days course or even memorizing some questions and applying online.

Still, I don't say certificates are bad, but they are far from being enough.
