Scrum is a framework, and it's incomplete by design. Yet, many teams use it in a wrongly dogmatic manner; they miss the essence of it and focus on making the events better. Meanwhile, they forget it's all about empiricism.

I think it's important for Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to know where the team is and meet them one step ahead. This will help them evolve and become a stronger team together.
