Big names you mentioned. I respect their perspectives but as mentioned got better results without burndowns. In the end of the day, I don't care a lot about it because this is a "how" question, and autonomous teams should decide about it. What I care a lot about is the "why" question. I invest a lot of time clarifying why it matters doing what we'er doing and what success looks like. Then, teams are empowered to decide how to get there.
