I believe the inability of embracing learning blocks companies from being agile. All frameworks will fail, until top management is ready to embrace empiricism.

The problem I see on Scrum is focusing solely on a team while ignoring critical parts of delivering value, e.g., Product Management is not even mentioned on Scrum. By design Scrum is incomplete but not everyone understands that.

To thirve with Scrum, teams need more than that. Still, one of Scrum pillars is transparency. It's vital to understand Scrum is a means to an end, where the end is delivering more value.
