Thanks for sharing your perspective. I left UX out of this article because I focused on another problem, the command & control. I do believe UX is critical for any team to thrive, but before that, teams need to be empowered to make decisions. I've written multiple articles where I do mention the importance of UX.

It's never about delivering more features, it's all about making users' lives easier.
