One of the challenges is that Scrum try to remain agnostic to any kind of product. Meaning that it's one size fits all and it ends up fitting none properly. That happens because Scrum creates the space for right things to happen, and people have to know which ingredients to use. For example, most Scrum teams focuses on output instead of outcome because they lack sound product management skills.
I think it's time to evolve Product Management into teams and stop taking processes as the answer for everything.
