Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Mike.
I don't think it's black and white, some risks aren't quantifiable and some are.
For example, how would you quantify a competitor entering the market and getting part of your customer's base. You can make an assumption and work from there, but what's the worth in it?
I prefer focusing on understanding the risks, and dealing with them in a mindful way. I dislike abstract discussions and I like action.
