The reason I write a lot about Scrum is to help people like me escape from the traps they are locked in. The Product Owner role cannot succeed solely inside Scrum. To build digital products, we have to do more than just Scrum.
I perceive Scrum as a means to an end, never the end itself. The end is to make people's lives better. To do that, solid Product Management is needed. That's the reason I stick with Scrum, I want to help Product Owners understand what it takes to deliver meaningful value.
I am not a Scrum dogmatic person. What I believe is in agility, and embrace learning.
My next articles will address more topics related to product management and leadership as well. Thanks for bringing that up.
