The problem is that not all Scrum Masters are able to coach Product Owners on what they really need help. Many times the Product Owner lacks Product Management kwnowledge, which leads to multiple problems.

The problem can be solved by someone who can coach on Product Management. Definetely no the Scrum Master.

To be clear, I am not against Scrum Masters. I love working with them. But sometimes they are powerless to solve some problems.
