Unfortuntely, Scrum decided to ignore critical parts of building successful products.

The Scrum Guide doesn't have anything pointing to Product Management. No team can succeed without a solit product management expertise.

Also, Scrum is distributing certificates. It's a money machine instead of a knowledge machine.
