When I started my career as a Product Owner, I thought knowing what a Product Owner is would lead me to success. I was too optimistic. I knew what I should do, but I didn’t know what I should not. That’s why I’ve fallen into endless pitfalls, which held me back from succeeding.

The life of a Product Owner is extremely challenging. Companies don’t have a shared understanding of what a Product Owner is. Yet, they expect us to maximize the value for the end-users and businesses. I’ve wondered a lot: Can a person be successful in a company without the proper environment?

  • Stakeholders insist everything is a priority. They want everything done by yesterday.
  • The Scrum Teams are like factories. They keep producing features. Yet, they don’t even know which problem they are solving.
  • The company lacks a vision that puts teams on a mission. The only goal is to keep producing more and more features.
  • Many Stakeholders perceive the Product Owner as the Product Backlog Owner. Protecting the scope is more important than delivering real value to the end-users and businesses.

Well, being a Product Owner is hard. But you can succeed if you know how to overcome the challenges ahead of you!

On the 07th of November, I gave a webinar to share some insights on overcoming such challenges. I was amazed by the results. The participants interacted a lot. I am glad after the feedback I received.

Do you want to get such insights? Watch the webinar, and please write to me with your feedback!

How To Be a Product Owner

After a decade as a Product Owner, I’ve learned the hard way what to do and especially what not to do. After many failures, I understood what it takes to avoid the traps as a Product Owner.

Over the years, something called my attention. I’ve often observed many people falling into the same pitfalls as I did. When I noticed that, I helped the Product Owners avoid the traps ahead of them. It was such a great feeling to help some people take shortcuts and avoid facing such painful failures. I thought I could help more people if I could share my learnings. That’s why I created the course How to be a Product Owner.

The first version was recorded in my mother language; it was a simple course. I wanted to understand if people could benefit from my learnings. After one year, the results surpassed my expectations; more than a thousand students subscribed with an average rating of 4,5 stars.

After this result, I decided to create the second version of this course. But now, I want something different. I want to create a community of Product Owner; I want to guide you on your journey. My goal is to help you transform into the Product Owner the Market needs.

At the end of the Product Owner course, you will know how to overcome the challenges ahead of you, but not only this, you will know how to get the best result from your daily activities. You will have a clear picture of what is NOT to be a Product Owner.

By subscribing to the course How to be a Product Owner, you will benefit from:

  • A community of Product Owners: a Telegram group where I will answer all of your questions at least once a day for the next six months.
  • Two live sessions: You will have the chance to share your real problems, and I will share insights on overcoming them.
  • 6 hours video-lessons: a decade of learnings summarized in 6 hours content. This course shows what I wish I knew when I started as a Product Owner. The content is not theoretical. It’s practical; I share mainly the learnings from multiple failures.
  • A limited group: the course is meant to be a group where I can give personal support. Therefore, you can join the first group until the 14th of November 2020. Don’t miss this chance.

Do you want to become the Product Owner the Market needs?

Do you want to know how to overcome the endless challenges ahead of you?

Do you want to avoid multiple trips ahead of you?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions. Subscribe to my course now! Let me guide you on a successful journey!

I am waiting for you there! If you have any doubts about this course! Write to me and I will clarify all of your open questions!

If you want to know what the students of the first course said about the result. You can watch the following video.
